ΤΟΜ και ΤΖΕΡΙ χωρίς ΒΑΣΙΚΟ ΕΝΣΤΙΚΤΟ

Αγγλία. Όταν ο γάτος Mango πήγε στο μπολ του για να φάει, βρήκε μέσα ένα μικρό ποντίκι να κλέβει την τροφή.

Ο γάτος στάθηκε και παρακολουθούσε με περιέργεια το ποντικάκι να γεύεται την τροφή.

Ο Chris Brown ιδιοκτήτης του Mango, που ζει στο Brighton, βρήκε έκπληκτος τον γάτο του να πίνει νερό ενώ το ποντίκι έτρωγε αμέριμνα μέσα στο μπολ.

Ο Chris Brown πιστεύει πως ο Mango έχασε το φονικό ένστικτο του θηρευτή. Ο Mango ακόμα και όταν στρίμωξε το ποντίκι στη γωνία, δεν το πείραξε καθόλου, έμοιαζε σαν να ήθελε να παίξει με έναν φίλο του.

Τελικά το ποντικάκι αποχώρησε με γεμάτο στομάχι, αφού απόλαυσε το δείπνο κάτω από τη μύτη του παραδοσιακού θηρευτή του.

When Mango the tom cat visited his food bowl for a bite to eat, he found a tiny field mouse had already got there first.

Owner Chris Brown, who lives in Brighton, said Mango didn't know what to make of the cheeky intruder.
He said: 'When I came downstairs I spotted Mango sitting

staring closely at his bowl.
'When I glanced across I was surprised to see a mouse sitting in the bowl and calmly helping itself to some food.
'At one point it appeared that he had discovered his lost instincts when he backed the mouse into a corner,' said Chris.
'Ultimately, however, he didn't touch a hair on its head and the mouse happily went on its way after eating its fill.'
