ΧΕΙΡΟΝΟΜΙΑ ΟΠΛΟ από πεντάχρονο ΤΡΟΜΟΚΡΑΤΗ

Pennsylvania, νηπιαγωγείο του Mount Carmel Area School. Ένα κορίτσι πέντε χρόνων απείλησε συμμαθήτριά του πως θα την πυροβολήσει, ενώ περίμεναν το σχολικό λεωφορείο. Το όπλο της  ήταν ένα πιστόλι σαπουνόφουσκας Hello Kitty.  Εκπαιδευτικοί του σχολείου, άκουσαν το διάλογο των κοριτσιών, θορυβήθηκαν και συνομίλησαν μαζί τους για μισή ώρα.
Έπειτα χαρακτήρισαν «τρομοκρατική» την παιδική απειλή πυροβολισμού και ζήτησαν την αποβολή της πεντάχρονης για δέκα μέρες από το σχολείο.
Η μικρή φαίνεται πως είπε «θα σε πυροβολήσω και μετά θα πυροβολήσω τον εαυτό μου»
Οι γονείς της προσέλαβαν το δικηγόρο  Robin Ficker για να χειριστεί την υπόθεση.
Οι σχολικοί κοινωνικοί λειτουργοί ζήτησαν την εκτίμηση ψυχολόγου για το κορίτσι.
Όταν εκτιμήθηκε πως το παιδί δεν ήταν επικίνδυνο για τα άλλα παιδιά, η ποινή μειώθηκε σε δύο μέρες αποβολή.
Ο δικηγόρος του σχολείου Edward Greco, δήλωσε πως οι υπεύθυνοι του σχολείου εξετάζουν την υπόθεση και δεν επιτρέπεται να συζητήσουν για το πειθαρχικό παράπτωμα.
Ο δικηγόρος  Robin Ficker χειρίστηκε πρόσφατα μια παρόμοια υπόθεση στο Maryland.
Στο Δημοτικό σχολείο Roscoe Nix στο Silver Spring, Md. ένα εξάχρονο αγόρι σχημάτισε με τα δάχτυλα του ένα όπλο και είπε “μπαμ” δηλαδή απείλησε πως θα πυροβολήσει ένα συμμαθητή του.  Οι εκπαιδευτικοί θεώρησαν σοβαρό το περιστατικό και του επέβαλαν αποβολή μιας μέρας από το σχολείο.

2-1-13    Six-year-old suspended from school for pretend gunshot

The gun gesture occurred one week after 20-year-old Adam Lanza fatally shot 26 people at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn. – 20 of which were children. The massacre was the second-deadliest school shooting in US history and shook up the nation during the holiday season. Across the US, parents and students became fearful of gun violence and mourned the loss of so many young children.
Making a gun gesture shortly after the Sandy Hook shooting may seem insensitive, but the 6-year-old may not have understood the implications of his seemingly harmless action.
Dana Tofig, spokesman for Montgomery County Schools, told NBC   “Generally, in an incident involving the behavior of our younger students, we will make sure that the student and his family are well-informed of any behavior that needs to change and understand the consequences if the behavior does not change”.
