ΚΤΗΝΟΒΑΤΗΣ ΒΙΑΣΕ ΣΚΥΛΙΤΣΑ στην ΤΟΥΡΚΙΑ

στις 15 -9-12 ο Α.Ε., -κάτοικος του Ατασεχίρ Κωνσταντινούπολης- συνελήφθη επ’ αυτοφώρω την ώρα που βίαζε μία σκυλίτσα.
Η άτυχη σκυλίτσα είχε γεννήσει πριν από μια βδομάδα και θήλαζε όχι μόνο τα μικρά της αλλά και τέσσερα νεογέννητα γατάκια.
Κάτοικοι της Atasehir της Κωνσταντινούπολης,  μαζεύουν υπογραφές για να διώξουν από τη γειτονιά τους τον κτηνοβάτη, αφού δεν θέλουν να ζουν μαζί με κάποιον που καταδικάστηκε για κτηνοβασία με σκύλο.Η εκστρατεία ξεκίνησε με πρωτοβουλία του ιδιοκτήτη του σκύλου
όπως αναφέρει η εφημερίδα daily Radikal  ο κτηνοβάτης καταδικάστηκε μετά το βιασμό αλλά αφέθηκε ελεύθερος αφού πλήρωσε ένα απλό πρόστιμο 250  τούρκικες λίρες. (250-Turkish Lira)

Ο ιδιοκτήτης του σκύλου έκανε νέα καταγγελία για παραβίαση ιδιωτικής ιδιοκτησίας και βιασμό του σκύλου του.

Οι πρόσφατες αναφορές για σεξουαλική κακοποίηση ζώων απασχολούν σοβαρά τα Τουρκικά μέσα ενημέρωσης , ένας 80χρονος στην περιοχή  Ereğli της Central Anatolian επαρχία   της Konya πιάστηκε ημίγυμνος να βιάζει αγελάδα ενώ άλλος βίασε πάπια.

Το άρθρο 5199 της Protection of Animals Act ποινικοποιεί τη σεξουαλική επαφή με ζώα, αλλά η τιμωρία είναι ένα απλό πρόστιμο  250 τούρκικες λίρες

με νέο νομοσχέδιο επιδιώκεται η τιμωρία για κακοποίηση των ζώων εντός του τουρκικού ποινικού κώδικα, το οποίο εάν γίνει αποδεκτό,  θα οδηγήσει σε ποινές φυλάκισης για όσους βασανίζουν ή βιάζουν ζώα, ενώ μέχρι σήμερα έδιναν μόνο χρηματικά πρόστιμα

There is nothing strange about finding a raped dog in Turkey.
It happens everywhere and you only have to spend some time on Facebook to discover many many cases, sometimes on a daily basis.
But this case is a little different. The end result is the same, a dog is raped by a human and is killed afterwards... what is different is the LOCATION of the crime.
The rape took place right behind the building of the Sincan Municipality in Ankara.
A few meters away from a building constantly surveiled by security a dog is being raped, his screams are loud, can be heard from the distance...But nobody did anything...
