Επίσημη απάντηση του New 7 Wonders για τη δήθεν "πρωτιά"

Οταν τα περισσότερα Ελληνικά ΜME επέμεναν για πρωτιά της Ακρόπολης, το greekalert από την πρώτη στιγμή επεσήμανε πως η πρωτιά ήταν... Αλφαβητική!!!Μετα απο επικοινωνία μας με τους διοργανωτές επισημαίνοντας τους για το λάθος αυτό, σήμερα εκδόθηκε η ακόλουθη ανακοίνωση προς ολα τα ελληνικά MME.

"Please note that there has been a serious misunderstanding concerning> the latest New7Wonders ranking (attached). Media reports have mistakenly announced that the Acropolis is at the top of the 20 New7Wonders list of finalists. This is NOT TRUE. This ranking list is alphabetical (Acropolis is in first place because> it begins with the letter "A") and it means the Acropolis could be in any one of the top 10 positions. It could number 10. More importantly, these positions are changing all the time and there> are very powerful campaigns in place in a number of countries that will influence the final results that will be announced on July 7, 2007 in Lisbon.
To keep the Acropolis in the top 10 and - crucially - to give it a chance to be one of the New 7 Wonders of the World, Greeks need to vote online and/or send millions more votes via SMS.
